Job Description - Lead Maintenance Engineer

Are you a Lead Maintenance Engineer looking for a new career with an International Industrial Laundry company based in the Wednesbury area?

Annual Salary: £55,000
Working hours & holiday:

Company Pension Scheme. (Minimum 5%, Company currently contributes 5%).
Company medical insurance.
Working 5am-1pm M-F odd weeks, 11am-7pm even weeks.
Occasional weekend work when required.
33 days holiday per year including bank holidays.

Experience & Qualifications:

Ideally have 2yrs leading a team of engineers (Not necessarily as large as above). Typical day to day management
Set target for the team, or ensures team works to targets set
Carries out return to work.
Low level discipline activities.
PPM Planning / Small Project Planning,
Worked with CMMS. (Computerised Maintenance Management System).
Parts sourcing, ordering, controlling.
Carried our root cause analysis
Checks standard or corrective & PPM work carried out.
Working to budgets set by others.
Working to department targets. - Setting target for Engineer to achieve.
Experience of compliance control (LOLER, PUWER, PAT, Fixed Wiring etc…)
Level 3 Engineering Qualified - A Management qualification would be desirable.
Computer literate - Excel, Word Power point.

Qualifications Required:

Possess Mechanical Maintenance and Electrical Engineering Level 3 - City and Guilds or equivalent
Served Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Apprenticeship
