Are you a skilled and experienced engineer ready for a leadership challenge? We're seeking a Lead Engineer with a strong electrical or mechanical engineering background to join our dynamic team and drive operational excellence. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small team of engineers and technicians for efficient daily operations.
• Plan and execute preventive and reactive maintenance across electrical or mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime and upholding safety standards.
• Collaborate with other departments on continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior or lead engineering role.
• Background in either electrical or mechanical engineering (multi-skilled preferred).
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., HNC/HND, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).
• Flexibility to work a rota or on-call schedule as needed.
