Lead Maintenance Engineer

The Role

* Reporting into the General Manager, managing a team of 8.

* Overseeing planned and reactive electrical maintenance across production equipment

* Fault-finding on industrial machinery to minimise downtime

* Occasional mechanical work will be carried out

* No weekend working, Monday to Friday only

* Weekly rotational shift pattern - Days – 7am-3.15pm & Backshifts – 3pm-11.15pm

The Person

* Strong man management skills.

* 1-2 years within a Senior / Lead engineer role.

* Electrical Maintenance Engineer or similar background

* Experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment

* 18th Edition qualified

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
