Are you an experienced Lead Maintenance Engineer ready to take the next step in your career?
Our client is looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician to join their team, providing hands-on maintenance expertise while supporting the day-to-day running of the Maintenance Department.
You'll be responsible for supervising maintenance activities, supporting technicians and contractors, ensuring high Health & Safety standards, and helping to keep site facilities operating safely and efficiently.

Supervising and supporting the Maintenance Team Planning and prioritising routine and corrective maintenance Supporting contractors, shutdowns and project work Ensuring Health & Safety and compliance standards are maintained Identifying opportunities for plant improvement Ensuring maintenance systems and documentation are kept accurate and up to date Taking responsibility for day-to-day maintenance performanceThe Candidate
Instrumentation qualification - Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 Good working knowledge of electrical systems 4-5 years' relevant maintenance experience in a supervisory capacity Experience within oil & gas or a similar industry Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control systems Excellent communication and leadership skills Proactive, reliable and able to work under pressureWhat's in it for you?
