£40,000 - £50,000 DOE + Days-Based, Monday-Friday + Training + Site based + No Callouts/Rota

Site-based in Erdington (Birmingham)

This specialized engineering business has developed to become a market leader in the industry, and are looking to invest in a suitable candidate to help drive further success in the coming years. The company is willing to aid the development of the successful candidate through management and further engineering qualifications.

In this role, you will lead a close-knit team as you will oversee existing and incoming projects to ensure standards and deadlines are met. Additionally, you will help out on-site with the maintenance and fitting of machinery.

The ideal candidate will be multi-skilled and have leadership/management experience. Relevant mechanical and electrical experience can be but is not limited to fitting, maintenance, and machine operation.

The Role
Overseeing of projects, ensuring deadlines and standards are met
Leading a close-knit team
Be hands-on on-site, predominantly with fitting and maintenance of machinery
Assess/quality check completed work
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

Multi-skilled Engineer
Management/leadership experience
Welding/fabrication skills (desirable but not essential)
17th/18th edition (desirable but not essential)
