Lead Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Preventative Maintenance (PPM):

Plan and execute regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance of machinery and equipment.
Breakdowns:

Respond swiftly and efficiently to mechanical and electrical breakdowns, minimizing downtime.
PLC Systems:

Expert fault finding and troubleshooting on PLC systems, including Siemens and Allen Bradley.
PLC Modifications:

Make necessary modifications to PLC programs to enhance operational efficiency.
Team Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
Strong background in preventative maintenance and breakdown repair.
Extensive experience with PLC systems, particularly Siemens and Allen Bradley.
Demonstrated ability to modify and troubleshoot PLCs.
Previous experience leading a team of engineers.
Willingness to work a 3 tier shift pattern (earlies, lates, and nights).
