Are you a Lead Maintenance Engineer or similar looking to progresses your career and step into a management role taking on new responsibilities and working closely with the Engineering Manager in a market leading company that can provide specific training programs and great career opportunities?

On offer is the opportunity to work for a subsidiary of one of the largest distribution and warehousing companies in the UK as part of their food packaging operations. The company are looking to bring in a new Assistant Engineer Manager to help look after their largest site, helping to support improvements they are making to processes and culture.

This role will involve working closely with the Engineering Manager, helping to manage the PPM schedule, assessing and creating NCR's, helping other maintenance engineers and carrying out maintenance on production lines.

This role would suit a Lead Maintenenace Engineer or someone aspiring to step into that role who is looking to do that within an established food packaging company who are looking to expand and improve by focusing on providing a great working environment for their staff.
