Lead Manufacturing Operator

We are seeking to recruit a self-motivated, conscientious, and committed individual who is looking for their next exciting challenge.  The successful candidate must have a do it now & can-do attitude to produce high quality elastomer moulded products to specification and target assisting Shift Team Leader by helping operators through training to ensure quality standards / targets are maintained.

Based in our Aberdeen headquarters, reporting to the Shift Team Leader the position’s main responsibility is to take over NPI jobs passed on from NPI Technicians, assisting training and coaching of operators and covering Team Leader duties when absent.

Requirements

• Experience moulding within a manufacturing environment at a minimum Grade Level 2. 


• Ideal candidate must have leadership skills


• Ability to motivate team


• Track record of continuous improvement.

Candidate must be able to work shifts, which is covered over a three-shift rotation pattern (6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm & 10pm – 6am) rotating each week.
