Hoop Nursing are seeking a passionate and dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to join a well-established and long standing nurse and care team in the Bridgend area.

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who is:

* Registered with the NMC with a valid PIN

* Experienced within a nursing home or elderly care environment

* Confident leading and supporting a clinical team

* Passionate about delivering exceptional resident-centred care

* Knowledgeable of CIW regulations and clinical governance
