An established professional services firm is looking to appoint a Lead Power BI Developer to join its strategic development team. This key role will focus on delivering impactful dashboards, enhancing data infrastructure, and driving evidence-based decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain engaging Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure robust data integration and quality.
• Convert business requirements into effective data-driven solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts.
• Support the adoption of emerging technologies, including Microsoft Fabric
• Uphold best practices in data governance and compliance.

Candidate Profile:

• At least 5 years’ experience in Power BI development and administration
• Advanced skills in DAX, Power Query, and data modelling
• Strong understanding of SQL, ETL processes, and cloud-based data sources
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
