- Lead process engineering maturity by designing and delivering training aligned with industry standards.

- Deputise for the Process Engineering Manager, ensuring seamless operations in their absence.

- Develop and maintain detailed production process maps, using tools like Value Stream Mapping, Yamazumi Charts, and time study analysis.

- Drive process efficiency improvements, focusing on production flow and waste reduction.

- Conduct PFMEA and Control Plan activities to implement robust process controls for quality assurance.

- Monitor manufacturing data, analyse trends, and propose solutions to enhance operational performance.

What You Will Bring:

- Significant experience in process engineering within a complex manufacturing environment.

- Proficiency in using tools like Standard Operating Instructions, Spaghetti Diagrams, and SPC.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex process issues effectively.

- Knowledge of APQP processes, including PFMEA, PPAP, and Control Plans.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
