We are in a very exciting period of growth and are seeking a Lead Product & Delivery Manager with a passion for product development and a proven track record in delivery management to join our team.
The Lead Product & Delivery Manager will be at the helm of our product development lifecycle, from conception through to delivery. This role demands a unique blend of technical acumen, customer insight, and product management skills to ensure our products meet market needs and exceed expectations. As a key leader within our organisation, you will also be instrumental in shaping our product strategy and driving the execution of our product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with the company’s vision and market opportunities. Work closely with internal and external engineering teams, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, identifying opportunities for new features, improvements, and innovations based on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products on time and within budget, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction. Take ownership of product delivery, managing timelines, resources, and risks effectively. Foster a culture of agility, innovation, and excellence within the product management and delivery teams. Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights, validate concepts, and communicate product value propositions.
Qualifications: Proven experience in product management within the technology sector, ideally with exposure to Vehicle CCTV, telematics, or similar fields. Strong track record of delivering high-quality products to market, with a solid understanding of product development processes and methodologies. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive cross-functional teams. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Agile/Scrum certification or significant experience working in agile development environments. A strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
