Leadership and oversight

  • Provide line management, coaching and professional development support to the Operations Project Manager, ensuring clarity of priorities, high delivery standards and effective workload management.

  • Provide oversight and assurance of operational change project delivery, reviewing plans, risks, reporting and outcomes.

  • Act as a senior point of escalation for delivery challenges within the operational project portfolio.
