Lead Receptionist

Location: Cheltenham and Staverton, must be able to drive to get between two sites
Hours: Full-time, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: £29,000 - £30,000 per annum

About the Role: We are seeking a confident and personable Lead Receptionist with experience in a professional environment. This role involves working across both their Cheltenham and Staverton locations, with a split of 2:3, alternating weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front of house reception duties, greeting clients sorting meeting rooms
• Managing rotas for both part-time and full-time staff
• Handling post and scanning documents
• Being the go-to person for team queries
• Long-term the role will grow for the right person
