Lead Revit MEP Coordinator

Our client, a highly regarded Building Services Engineering consultancy, is looking for a Lead Revit MEP Coordinator to join their team in Buckinghamshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in MEP coordination to take a leading role in delivering high-quality, building services models for a range of complex commercial, education, healthcare and education projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead MEP coordination, ensuring clash-free integration across projects.
• Develop and manage 3D MEP models in Revit.
• Collaborate with design teams to create coordinated layouts and models.
• Act as primary BIM contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor junior technicians and support team development.
• Contribute to BIM standards and workflows.
• Prepare project drawings, schedules, and documentation.
• Attend meetings and liaise with architects, engineers, and consultants.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Revit MEP coordination within building services.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM tools.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems.
• Experience with medium to large-scale construction projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiar with BIM standards (PAS 1192, ISO 19650).
• Relevant qualifications in Building Services, BIM, or Engineering.
