This forward-thinking and inclusive school is looking for an outstanding practitioner to lead on all aspects of SEN provision. With a recent Outstanding Ofsted and a commitment to innovation and professional growth, this is an exciting opportunity for a SENCO ready to make a whole-school impact.

The role:

• Lead on the strategic development of SEN policy and provision
• Coordinate additional support for pupils with SEND and liaise with external professionals
• Work closely with senior leaders to promote inclusion across the school
• Provide coaching and CPD for staff to ensure high-quality support and differentiation
• Monitor and evaluate interventions to secure outstanding outcomes for all pupils

Salary: Leadership Scale (L5 - L10), dependent on experience

• A deep understanding of inclusive education and high expectations for all learners
