Lead Service Coordinator

I am recruiting a Lead Service Coordinator to join my client based near to Southend. The purpose of this role is to ensure the effective running of the Service department by providing support to customers, engineers and management. My client is eager to hold interviews for this role and is excited to onboard a new member of the team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure seamless service delivery and step in as needed.
• Train new staff and oversee ongoing development.
• Resolve issues with other departments to improve efficiency.
• Lead and manage a team, providing feedback and performance reviews.
• Generate reports on activities and performance, attend client meetings.
• Analyse team performance to identify improvement areas.
• Handle escalations promptly.
• Conduct various meetings with the service manager.
• Organise and distribute workloads efficiently.
• Perform quality control checks and guide improvements.
• Update and create training materials and process documents.
• Assist with recruitment processes.
