Lead Service Engineers – 3 Positions

London & South East | Up to £48,000 + 10% Bonus + Company Van

I’m currently recruiting for three Lead Service Engineer positions with a specialist fire protection business working on some of the most technically demanding environments across London and the South East.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer with a strong electrical background who wants to take their career into a more specialist environment, working across fire detection, fire suppression and critical data centre projects.

The Role

You’ll take a lead role in the service and maintenance of specialist fire systems, working across high-specification and live environments.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Leading service and maintenance activities across specialist fire systems

* Working on fire detection and fire suppression systems

* Supporting projects within data centre environments

* Carrying out complex fault finding, diagnostics and technical problem solving

* Working directly with clients and site teams

* Providing technical support and ensuring systems are operating to a high standard

* Travelling across London and the South East

This is a hands-on engineering position for someone who enjoys technically challenging work and wants to develop further within a specialist sector.

What They're Looking For

You'll ideally have:

* A strong electrical engineering background

* Proven experience within fire detection and/or fire suppression

* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

* Experience working within commercial or critical environments

* The confidence to work independently and take ownership of service activity

* Good communication skills when dealing with clients and site teams

Data centre experience would be highly advantageous, but strong transferable experience within fire systems will also be considered.

Package

* Up to £48,000 basic salary depending on experience

* 10% annual bonus
