The OpportunityWe are looking for an Engineering Lead / Engineering Manager to join a growing technology team in Liverpool.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical leadership with hands-on software development. You'll be responsible for leading an established team of Software Developers and a QA Tester, helping to drive technical direction, oversee delivery and support the continued development of both the team and its technology.This isn't a purely hands-off management position. You'll remain close to the code, contribute to development where needed and help solve technical challenges, whilst also taking ownership of the wider engineering function.You'll be joining a team with an existing group of developers, with further investment planned across software development and QA.
