Experience required as a Lead Software Developer:
Team

leadership responsibilities

including 1-to-1s, career map planning, technical leadership, code reviews
Working in a product-focused

start-up

environment
Over 7 years commercial experience working in software development using

JVM languages
You do not need to have worked with

Kotlin

previously, but must be open and happy to work with it.
Frontend experience with

React
