If you are looking for a new challenge and have demonstrable experience in coaching technical performance then we want to hear from you! Technologies you will be using: Angular, Typescript, CSS, HTML, .Net, C#, SQL Server, Kafka, Elastic/Kibana,Powershell,Yaml. Knowledge of AWS platforms would be advantageous. What you will be doing: Proven abilities in coaching technical performance within a team and across a business, setting technical objectives and measuring progress Highlighting training requirements within a multi discipline agile team Technical domain design skills Technical debt identification and pay down Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders Advocate and leadership of design review Technical evangelism Able to implement patterns of enterprise architecture Working with architecture focused road maps Positive attitude in the workplace Recruitment Process For successful candidates, interviews will take place whilst the advert is still live, via telephone, in person and video conferencing; so don’t delay getting your application in!
