Lead Software Tester (SaaS) Reigate / WFH to £100k

Are you a strategically minded, delivery focused Software Tester with QA testing expertise?

You could be progressing your career, in an impactful role working on complex and technically challenging SaaS B2C systems at a global FinTech.

As a Lead Software Tester you'll collaborate with Agile development teams working on complex microservices, event driven architectures to provide testing expertise. You'll assess the current QA processes, identify gaps and develop the strategy around how to address them, collaborating and influencing engineers to enable delivery against an ambitious product roadmap.

Location / WFH:

There's a hybrid work from model, you can work from most of the week, meeting up with colleagues in Reigate 1-2 days a week in modern, open plan offices within a five minute walk of the station; there's a smart casual dress code and a good work / life balance.

About you:

• You are an experienced Software Tester / QA Engineer with a strong knowledge of testing best practices within a modern SaaS microservices environment
• You have a deep understanding of testing and how to approach testing different aspects of the tech stack
• You can take a high level view of processes improvements, how to identify and address gaps and technical debt
• You have a strategic mindset with advanced planning and prioritisation skills
• You're collaborative and pragmatic, able to push back and comfortable working with software engineers
• You have mentoring and leadership skills
