You will be the key technical point of contact for customers throughout the engagement. The role involves collaborating with customers and partners to design, implement, and optimise solutions, while also providing training and consultancy, and support. Your feedback and customer insights will contribute to the product development lifecycle, ensuring our suite of products are continuously meeting the customer and market demands. We are looking for a proactive self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, capable of managing multiple priorities with both a technical and strategic mindset. Flexibility for travel is essential. Principal duties and responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout engagements by managing expectations, delivering timely solutions and ensuring consistent communication. Provide pre-sales technical support during the sales cycle, including architecture design, integration and product demonstrations.
