The Role in a Nutshell

You'll be the Lead Supplier Quality Engineer, taking charge of supplier assessments, quality performance, and process improvements in a high-tech manufacturing environment. From defining quality requirements to ensuring suppliers meet industry standards, you'll be a key player in making supplier quality a strength, not a struggle.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Experience in supplier quality within electronics, or similar high-tech industries.
• Expertise in quality management frameworks, audits, and supplier development.
• Strong skills in problem-solving methodologies (think root cause analysis, PPAP, FMEA, SPC).
• The ability to lead, collaborate, and communicate across all levels, internally and externally.

Travel & Flexibility

This role involves regular travel to suppliers and contract manufacturers (expenses covered), so you'll need to be comfortable with that level of mobility.
