Lead Technical Architect - Azure

Lead Technical Engineer (Azure)

Rate - £500 Outside IR35

Duration - 12 months initial

Location - Central London twice a week

Key Activities:

• Supporting the engineering teams during planning, design, development, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes.
• Analysing existing systems and operations and developing preventative maintenance strategies.
• Identifying potential problems and notifying the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Monitoring processes, workers, and methods, and developing plans for increased efficiency.
• Conducting required research and developing best practices.
• Coordinating with other Engineers and team members to ensure quality products are completed on schedule.
• Performing quality control on all projects, writing reports, and making recommendations for improvement.

Key Knowledge / Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
• Deep technical expertise in Azure cloud technology, including infrastructure, platform, and application services.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications in Azure cloud technologies (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer)
• Proven experience as IT Operations Manager and Cloud SAS services
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
