Job requirements

As Lead Technical Services Engineer, you’ll:

•  Own the technical quality of our Azure managed services

•  Act as the senior escalation point for complex Azure issues

•  Guide and mentor engineers, raising the bar across the team

•  Design, improve, and document standards, automation, and best practice

•  Work closely with leadership to shape the future of our Azure offering
