Lead Test Technician

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Test Technician to join our dynamic team.

Reporting to the VP of R&D, the main duties include:

•    Performing assembly and pressure tests
•    Oversight of hydraulic / high pressure test area
•    Day to day management of testing activities and schedule planning
•    Supervision and Training of test technicians
•    Ensuring tests are carried out in a timely manner.
•    Design, develop, and commission new test equipment and processes.
•    Construction, commissioning, and usage of new test equipment
•    Implementing new test procedures 
•    Investigation and implementation of more efficient means of requesting, performing and recording tests. 

Our ideal candidate will hold an HNC in Mechanical Engineering, or similar, or demonstrate relevant work experience.  Excellent people skills are vital, and you must be confident in leading and managing a team.  The role requires excellent organisation skills, and you must have the ability to work to tight deadlines and deal with multiple priorities.
