Job Description - Lead vip account management

You will b uild and lead a team of VIP account managers to communicate with our most precious player group, catering to their needs, exciting them with your updates, and forming meaningful relationships.

Are you ready to create awesomeness? Responsibilities Hands-on communication with our VIPs daily via i Message, FB Messenger, Email, and Phone calls Get to know our players on an intimate level, including their backgrounds, favorite pets, sports teams, music bands and hobbies Keep track of our product development, new releases, and ongoing live operations (events) in the game - so you can relay that back to our players Manage the key accounts’ lifecycle, including the onboarding of new customers in the key segment, building customer loyalty, reactivating churned ones, and planning customer surveys through our outbound channels Analyze player's behavior to identify playing patterns, going through analytical reports from multiple sources Work with team members in other departments to offer promotions and engage our players Empathetically listen to player complaints and solve discomforts in their experience Be the voice of our players - collect and communicate their feedback to other teammates Requirements 3 years leading VIP account managers in gaming, or i Gaming - a MUST Full control of English language, fluency in both written and verbal communications Proficient in Excel and possession of analytical skills.

Must be able to understand the economic value of promotions Availability to work flexible hours and days Strong and service-centric verbal communication skills - you represent our company to our most precious players.
