£13 - £16 per hour - £27,000 - £33,000 + Excellent Training + Career Progression into hands on Engineer or CAD Design + 29 Days Holiday + Early finish on Friday's

Are you from a Warehouse Operative or Workshop Junior background looking for a role that can offer technical training and career progression into the Engineering Sector in a day's based role where you can learn the ropes within a specialist manufacturing company; become a go-to engineer in the future with optional overtime to boost your earnings and an early finish on a Friday?

This is a genuinely fantastic opportunity for a Junior or someone who has experience in a similar role that wants to be hands-on and see how the shop floor operates with the view to become an engineer within the company and progress up the ranks long term.

This company has been established for over 20 years and is looking for a motivated and reliable workshop assistant who has the passion to further their career and wants the technical training, they are a close-knit specialist manufacturer with around 30 employees making this a truly great opportunity.

The Role:
*Assisting the Engineers and Office department within the workshop initially as support but with the view to be trained on CNC Setting and Operating
*Working alongside Engineers to bring raw materials in to be machined on specialist Laser Cutting and Heavy Pneumatic machinery - with training to maintain and run them
*Days Based, Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm with a 3pm finish on Fridays

The Person:
*Previous background within warehouse sector
*Wants to work in a hands-on role with great career prospects
