This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll manage a team of engineers, provide expert technical support, and ensure operational excellence and safety compliance on all projects. Key Responsibilities As Lead Water Treatment Equipment Engineer, you will guide and support the service team in maintaining and repairing water treatment equipment, including: Softeners Reverse Osmosis (RO) Units Ozone Units UV Units Dosing Systems Side Stream Filtration Units Conduct fault-finding and remedial works on water treatment equipment. Lead installations of new water treatment systems. Be the main technical point of contact for all product and system queries. Develop and implement service procedures and engineer training programs. Monitor and improve team performance through ongoing coaching and support. Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed on client and company premises. Flexibility for occasional travel, nights, or weekend work as required. About You Minimum 5 years’ experience working with water treatment equipment. Strong technical knowledge of water treatment systems and servicing processes. Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of engineers. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. A proactive, safety-focused, and customer-oriented approach. Full UK driving licence required.
