You will be conducting full flushing and bsria compliant duties, ensuring to deliver a professional and thorough service to all clients. The ideal candidate will have robust industry technical knowledge and must be able to integrate smoothly into the company. Experience / Qualifications: -Strong track record working as a Water Treatment Pre-Commissioning Engineer -Fully conversant in ACOP L8 and BSRIA guidelines -It would be advantageous to hold experience of leading on projects -Ideally will hold the tickets such as: CSCS, Confined Spaces and / or Safe Pass -Willing to travel in line with company needs -Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills -Professional manner The Role: -Conducting BSRIA compliant pre-commissioning cleans on existing heated and chilled, fan coil, AHU, LTHW and CHW systems -Chemical dosing and chemistry testing -Black-flushing and power-flushing -Pipework and tank chlorinations -Calculating flow rates and velocities -Working from schematics -Keeping accurate records of works undertaken and producing detailed technical reports -Adhering to industry safety guidelines -Leading other engineers on projects -Providing regular updates to clients and technical advice Alternative job titles: Water Treatment Engineer, Pre-Commissioning Technician, Flushing Engineer, Pre-Commissioning Flusher, Commissioning Engineer.
