We are working in partnership with a highly regarded training provider to recruit a Leadership and Management Tutor to support learners undertaking the Team Leader and Operations Manager apprenticeship standards.
You will work with apprentices in the workplace, providing high-quality training, learning plans, and coaching that support learners to achieve their qualifications and thrive in their careers.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a leadership or management role
Confidence in communicating and motivating learners
Strong organisation and time management skills
A full driving licence and willingness to travel
Teaching or assessing experience is desirable, but not essential – full training and mentoring will be provided.

We’re supporting a respected and long-standing training provider to appoint a Leadership and Management Tutor to deliver outstanding teaching and learning to apprentices in the workplace. This is an opportunity to directly shape the next generation of team leaders and operations managers through meaningful, well-supported training.
This full-time position is based in Accrington, with travel across the North West.
Deliver high-quality coaching, teaching and learning for the Team Leader and Operations Manager apprenticeship standards
Build strong, supportive relationships with both apprentices and employers
Conduct diagnostic assessments and create tailored learning plans
Prepare learners for End Point Assessment and career progression
Monitor learner progress and address any concerns quickly and professionally
Promote excellent retention and engagement from induction through to completion
Collaborate with internal teams to support wider business success
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a team leadership or management role
Strong presentation, planning, and organisational skills
Excellent Maths, English, and ICT skills
Full driving licence and willingness to travel across the North West
Understanding of apprenticeship delivery and quality standards
Commitment to safeguarding, learner welfare, and continuous improvement
Experience in teaching, training, mentoring or assessing
PTTLS or similar teaching qualification
Knowledge of Functional Skills and Apprenticeship frameworks
