• Design and deliver exceptional Art lessons that challenge and inspire high-achieving students across all year groups.

• Guide students in developing a deep understanding of art history, techniques, and contemporary art movements.


• Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE, A-Level, and beyond) at the highest levels.


• Collaborate with colleagues in the Arts department and across other disciplines to create a holistic and enriching learning experience.


• Contribute to the school's academic excellence and participate in extracurricular activities related to the arts.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Art or a closely related discipline.


• Demonstrates a strong passion for art and a proven track record of success in raising student achievement.


• Excels in communication, interpersonal skills, and classroom management within a high-achieving environment.
