The Job

As a Learner Engagement Manager, you will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and enrolling learners onto funded programmes, ensuring each learner has a smooth journey from enquiry to enrolment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the full learner engagement lifecycle across Adult Skills, ASF, and Skills Bootcamp programmes

*

Building and maintaining partnerships with Jobcentre Plus, local authorities, community organisations, and employers

*

Delivering outreach activities, community engagement events, and digital campaigns to attract learners

*

Supporting learners through eligibility checks, enrolment, and onboarding

*

Tracking learner engagement, attendance, and progression against programme KPIs

*

Working closely with delivery, operations, and compliance teams to ensure high-quality learner experience

This role is hybrid and requires travel across Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield, and Wakefield.

Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Experience in Learner Engagement, Employability, Adult Skills, Skills Bootcamps, ASF, or similar funded programmes

*

Proven ability to meet learner recruitment, start, or engagement targets

*

Strong relationship-building skills with Jobcentre Plus, community groups, and employers

*

Excellent communication, presentation, and outreach skills

*

Good organisational and data management abilities with CRM experience

*

A proactive, people-focused approach to learner success

*

A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the region
