Learner Recruitment Consultant

Location: East Midlands - Home based with regular travel to Head Office in Wolverhampton and employer sites throughout the East Midlands.

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 PLUS BONUS!

The Role:
We’re on the lookout for a Learner Recruitment Consultant to join our Apprenticeship Recruitment team on a full-time basis. If you’re a people-person with a passion for education, this could be the perfect role for you! In this role, you’ll connect with potential learners, guide them toward life-changing opportunities, and help them take the first step toward a brighter future.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Inspiring the Next Generation: Reach out to young people through social media, events, schools, and community partnerships to share what Juniper Training has to offer.
• Getting to Know Learners: Conduct friendly interviews and assessments to understand their goals and find the right program for them.
• Providing Guidance: Be a trusted advisor, offering support and advice to help learners make informed choices about their career paths.
• Staying Organised: Keep accurate records of your activities using our CRM system (don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes).
• Teamwork: Collaborate with program managers and tutors to ensure learners feel supported every step of the way.
• Celebrating Success: Work toward achievable recruitment goals while making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in recruitment (bonus points if it’s within education or training).
• Brilliant communication skills—you’re great at connecting with people from all walks of life.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about making a difference.
• Comfortable using CRM systems (or willing to learn).
• Excellent time management and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
