About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a national training provider that delivers high-quality apprenticeships, skills bootcamps, and professional development programmes across the UK. As the training division continues to expand, particularly in IT, Digital, and professional sectors, a dynamic Learner Recruitment Executive is now sought to lead and evolve the learner engagement function.
This is a key leadership role, responsible for building and managing a team dedicated to attracting, engaging, and progressing candidates into private training and skills programmes.

Position Overview
The role involves maintaining and building relationships with potential Bootcamp and Adult Education Budget (AEB) candidates, screening them for eligibility and suitability, and supporting them onto training programmes. Duties will include CV consultations, online webinars, one-to-one career advice, and candidate engagement via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings. You will also support learner retention until successful completion and employment outcomes.
This is a target-focused engagement role suited to individuals passionate about supporting learner progression and driven by achieving KPIs.

Role-specific responsibilities:
• Achieve KPI activity including webinars, calls, meetings, and programme starts.
• Manage candidate relationships to the highest standard.
• Source candidates from multiple resources.
• Screen candidates for eligibility and suitability for programmes.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process.
• Deliver webinars and conduct one-to-one career advice sessions.
• Conduct service calls to support candidates and assist with retention.
• Provide accurate forecasting of candidate numbers and pipelines.
• Maintain an accurate database of prospects and record activity in a timely manner.
• Liaise with the marketing team regarding campaigns and lead generation.
• Ensure compliance with all processes and procedures.
• Support team members and contribute to overall company objectives.
