Learning & Development Partner

London (Hybrid – High Street Kensington base with travel across London sites)

Full time 37.5 hours per week

Fixed Term 12 months

Salary from: £41,700 (DOE)

This is a newly created role where you’ll play a key part in shaping a consistent, high-quality learning experience while driving colleague engagement and supporting our ambition to deliver a world-class patient and employee experience. 

How you’ll help us make health happen

You’ll take a hands-on role in supporting the delivery of impactful learning, working closely with teams across multiple sites.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Championing a consistent learning experience across multiple sites

  • Facilitating engaging learning workshops that enhance behavioural skill, personal development and leadership capability

  • Supporting the delivery of a world-class culture and engagement programme

  • Delivering and continuously improving our corporate induction programme

  • Leading and supporting internal events and engagement initiatives

  • Partnering with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver tailored learning solutions 

  • Supporting learning content development, including blended and digital learning (e.g. PowerPoint, Articulate 365)

  • Promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth 

  • Supporting compliance with mandatory and regulatory learning requirements within a healthcare environment 

Key skills/Qualifications needed for this role:

You’ll be an engaging and adaptable L&D professional, confident working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

We’re particularly interested in candidates who bring:

  • Proven experience in delivering high-quality learning and facilitation is essential

  • A broad understanding of L&D, with experience across delivery and content creation is required

  • Experience running workshops, events or engagement initiatives

  • A strong focus on people skills, behaviours and customer experience

  • The ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders

  • Experience of psychometric assessment and profiling tools  (e.g. Insights Discovery)

  • Experience within healthcare, hospitals or customer-facing environments (desirable)

  • A flexible, resilient approach with the ability to manage changing priorities and tight timescales
