Job Description - Learning & Development Coordinator

An exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join a
healthcare provider, to provide essential administrative and organisation to support colleagues, learners and training providers.

About the role

  • You
    will coordinate all elements of training delivery, including booking training rooms and venues, liaising with trainers, scheduling sessions and preparing learning materials and resources.

  • Proactively
    respond to external training and apprenticeship enquiries, upselling our
    clients offering and ultimately take bookings.  You would then be responsible for organising
    this and ensure all parties were informed.

  • Build
    strong relationships with the training team, HR department and the wider
    business.

  • Keeping
    internal systems up to date and ensure that the administrative follow up
    is accurate and on time.

  • There
    is potential for you to grow with this role, so a great opportunity if you
    are seeking growth or have a particular interest in learning and development.



Requirements

About you

  • You
    will have strong communication skills both over the phone and via written
    communication. 

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • You
    will ideally come from a training, learning & development, events or HR background.

  • Strong
    IT skills and systems knowledge.

  • You
    will have the right to work in the UK and driving licence, there will be
    occasional travel to other sites.
