Description
Coordinate training schedules and manage bookings for internal and external stakeholders. Provide administrative support for learning and development programmes. Maintain accurate records and update training databases as required. Assist in preparing materials and resources for training sessions. Handle enquiries related to training and development activities. Support the evaluation and reporting of training outcomes. Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures. Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.Profile
A successful Learning and Development Coordinator should have:
Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role. Familiarity with learning and development processes within the public sector. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management systems. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. Clear and professional communication abilities. Annual Salary ranging from £35000 to £40000 per annum based on experience. Hybrid working, 2 days per week in office.
