I'm recruiting for a Learning and Development Consultant to join a Public Sector organisation in Birmingham. In this role, you'll focus on enhancing data literacy and CRM system proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics, to support our digital transformation initiatives.

Description

• Develop and deliver training programs on CRM systems and data literacy.
• Create engaging e-learning modules and instructional videos.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs.
• Support the migration to SharePoint and other Microsoft tools.

Profile

• Experience in designing and delivering training on CRM systems and data-driven programs.
• Strong understanding of the full learning and development cycle.
• Ability to create and implement innovative learning solutions using various digital platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
