At Aflac Northern Ireland, our people are central to our strategy. In an industry shaped by constant and fast paced change, adaptability isn’t optional — it’s essential.
Reporting to the Head of Talent & Culture, you’ll work closely with our Senior Leadership Team, people leaders across NI, and key stakeholders in our parent company in the US to shape and deliver a learning strategy that fuels performance and future growth. Designing and delivering training across all levels of the organisation, including partnering with external providers to create bespoke, high-impact solutions where required.
You will allocate your time across both Northern Ireland and US-based projects — collaborating, sharing best practice, and co-creating impactful learning solutions that drive performance on both sides of the Atlantic in support of enterprise-wide strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to influence at scale and play a meaningful role in shaping learning across a global organisation.

Planning, coordinating, and delivering high-impact technical, behavioural, and leadership development programmes with clarity and precision, ensuring an exceptional end-to-end learner experience
Immersing yourself with the teams that require your expertise to develop customized learning programs that prepare them for future success
Leveraging digital tools to elevate the learner experience
Measuring and evaluating learning effectiveness through data, analytics, and insight — demonstrating tangible business impact
Partner with internal and external providers to deliver tailored, business-aligned solutions
Managing stakeholders on both sides of the Atlantic through unified prioritisation, change management and communications strategy
Act as a visible, embedded partner as this role is integrated with our strategy, not operating at the sidelines
