What you'll do:

• Devise comprehensive learning and development strategies that empower employees across all levels to advance personally and professionally in alignment with organisational objectives.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and departmental heads to identify skills gaps and develop targeted interventions that prepare teams for future requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and e-learning sessions that promote knowledge exchange, teamwork, and sustained professional enrichment.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through systematic feedback collection, data analysis, and regular reporting to ensure ongoing enhancement.
• Champion inclusivity by ensuring all developmental opportunities are accessible and meaningful for under-represented groups within the organisation.
• Establish robust partnerships with external training providers to source high-quality content that complements internal resources.
• Oversee the learning management system (LMS), ensuring it remains current with relevant materials and user-friendly features for all staff members.
