As a key member of the L&D team, the L&D Officer will play a critical role in ensuring that staff members have access to appropriate learning opportunities, including providing advice on learning and development and delivering training programs directly.
The L&D Officer will provide support and guidance to staff at all levels, including management, and must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills. It is also crucial that the successful candidate remains up to date with the latest training developments and utilisation of training technology.
The role requires frequent travel throughout Wales, which will involve overnight stays, so flexibility and willingness to travel is essential.
Your skills and experience will include:

Ability to communicate on a range of topics relevant to the Health and Social Care sector.
Ability to coach and mentor staff and managers on recording data.
Able to use Microsoft software and data base applications effectively.
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Committed to self-development.
