Job Description
Our client is a large international Financial Services company. They are currently looking for a permanent Learning and Development Officer. This role will be based in Bedford and will be a hybrid working model 2-3 days in the office.
Duties:
Be the first line of enquiry for Workday learning queries, resolving queries through the learning mailbox and case management system
Coordinate and administer the development policies and processes, such as access to the Workday LMS, enrolment to programmes and collation of course feedback
Provide administrative support for induction and development programmes, and support across Talent and Learning where required
Manage processing of invoices, POs, contracts, budget tracking
Support professional qualification programs ensuring learning agreements are in place and employees are enrolled and have the required study materials
Support compliance training queries and access requests throughout the employee lifecycle
Deliver value adding reporting to stakeholders and to enable efficiency around processing.
Contribute to wider projects and initiatives within HR Operations
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Experience in a busy, fast paced & dynamic environment
Well organised with ability to work under pressure, handle competing priorities and respond to matters with urgency
Strong attention to detail and able to make connections
Adept at working with data, analytics, metrics and producing insightful reports
Ability to bring new creative solutions to the table
Strong relationship building skills with ability to influence others
Collaborative, great team player with a professional and pro-active approach
Can-do attitude, solution focused and growth mindset
Workday Learning experience and / or Linked In Learning is desirable
