Job Description - Learning and Development Partner
We are currently recruiting a Learning and Development Partner for an engineering business with offices in Yorkshire and the North East. Reporting into the Head of Learning and Development, the L&D Partner will work collaboratively with the People Partnering teams to enhance overall organisational performance and employee development.
You will be responsible for developing and embedding value-add L&D strategies that are aligned with business goals, promoting and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organisation, and overseeing and managing learning, talent, and development activities to ensure timely and effective delivery utilising a blend of learning solutions.
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in an Learning & Development Partner role, you will have experience in the design, delivery and facilitation of L&D initiatives, as well as stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
This is a permanent, hybrid role offering circa £60,000 - £65,000 per annum.
