This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced L&D professional to play a key role in designing and delivering impactful learning programmes, supporting leadership development, and driving talent initiatives across the business.

We're looking for a proactive and people-focused Learning and Development Specialist to support the design, delivery, and coordination of learning and development programmes across the business. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys blending creativity with operational excellence.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing and delivering engaging training and leadership development programmes.
• Supporting performance management, mentoring, and early careers initiatives.
• Partnering with stakeholders to tailor learning solutions to business needs.
• Managing programme logistics, reporting, and internal communications.
• Overseeing learning systems, coaching arrangements, and study support.

What you'll bring:

• 5-7 years' experience in L&D or talent management.
• Strong facilitation and programme design skills.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Confidence using tools like SharePoint, LMS platforms, and Office 365.

This role offers an competitive starting salry of £70,000 plus generous bonus and benefits package.
