Iconic Resourcing HR are proud to be partnering with our professional service client based in Glasgow who are seeking a Learning & Development Advisor to join their growing L&D team. You will be joining a curious, empowering and ambitious organisation. The role will involve designing and delivering a range of soft skills and leadership programmes, delivered face to face and virtually.

Day to day you will be:

Designing, delivering and evaluating learning programmes, both face to face and virtually
Hosting learning sessions on away days
Building relationships with senior stakeholders
Deliver individual and team coaching
Advocating personal, professional and purpose growth

You will have:

Strong background in designing and delivering L&D sessions both virtually and in person
Experience in a professional service setting
Confidence in dealing with stakeholders across the business
The ability to communicate effectively
