Learning & Development Business Partner Hybrid | 2 days office | Award-winning Financial Services Are you an L&D professional who wants real influence-not just delivery? We're partnering with a highly respected, forward-thinking Financial Services firm to hire a Learning & Development Business Partner. This is a genuinely strategic role where you'll work directly with senior leaders to shape capability, performance, and culture across a growing organisation. The Opportunity This is not a traditional L&D role. You'll act as a trusted adviser to the business, designing and delivering learning that drives measurable impact-blending strategy, facilitation, and coaching. You'll have the autonomy to innovate, the platform to influence, and the backing of a high-performing L&D team.
