Salary: £32,000 – £35,000
Location: Southend (Hybrid – up to 2 days/week remote)

?? What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead engaging training sessions across a variety of health and social care topics – from safeguarding and manual handling to emergency first aid and medication.
• Design and develop innovative training programs that energise learners and meet regulatory standards.
• Champion continuous improvement by evaluating training effectiveness and refining materials to ensure best practice.
• Support new starters with tailored induction training and keep existing staff sharp with regular refreshers.
• Drive professional growth through initiatives like our Care Professional Learning Academy and in-house leadership development.
• Keep us on track by managing training calendars, records, and compliance with KPIs.

? What You’ll Bring:

• A Level 3 PTLLS qualification (or higher).
• Proven experience delivering training in the health and social care sector.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confidence in managing e-learning platforms and navigating compliance.
• A strategic mindset for budget management and unlocking funding opportunities.
