Job Description - Learning & Employee Experience Coordinator

We're searching for a dynamic, detail-driven coordinator to champion employee experience and support the delivery of engaging learning programmes.

Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan current and future events around wellbeing to constantly improve the company culture
  • Organise and communicate internal learning programmes with stakeholders
  • Support and improve employee engagement initiatives
  • Monitor impact and feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Liaise across teams to ensure seamless execution of people projects

Profile

A successful Learning & Employee Experience professional should have:

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering learning programmes.
  • A thorough understanding of employee engagement and development strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing learning needs.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of the not-for-profit sector would be advantageous.

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary up to £29,000
  • Hybrid working with just 2 days onsite per week in York
